Update July 2018: The last courses of the spring term have now finished and I do not know of any introductory courses happening in this area over the summer months.
My next Wilmslow Guild course, "An Introduction to the A.T." will start on 19 September 2018 and will run for five consecutive Wednesday evenings, 7.30 - 9.30 p.m. You can find further details and book online here. I am usually assisted by other qualified teachers.
Kim Cant will most likely be leading an introductory course in Warrington in September 2018 along similar lines to her January 2018 course, details here.
Liz Hulse will probably be leading an eight week introduction on consecutive Friday mornings at the Wilmslow Guild from April 2019, details to follow. Liz has been teaching A.T. courses at the Guild for many years and is usually assisted by other qualified teachers.
It is also worth checking the search page on the website of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique from time to time for information about other local classes.
